Futuristic looking 5 bed / bath luxury home with cantilevered, angular geometry. The design features include a triple carport, a free standing curved central staircase, deep cantilevered sun decks to front and rear, serving all bedroom suites, and a metal spiral staircase linking the rear sun deck to the garden / pool area. Planters to the leading edge of the sun decks, allow for hanging plants to cascade over the cantilever. All full height glazing is recessed, to avoid excessive solar insolation in hot, sunny climates. Preferred shell construction is in reinforced concrete.
